Burns FATS at Home Tips Anytime Anywhere

You think you are fat? And you do not wish to go to the gym to exercise because you are deformed? Slim down with kellogg fitness tips at home.

1. You want awesome arms

Get them by… Draping your windows
Forget slogging away with weights buff your biceps and your front room at the same time with a spot of window cleaning, painting or polishing. These chores force you to stretch and bend your arms with powerful movements, which make for a great workout and will give you arms like Jennifer Aniston.

The Move Ideally, you want to reach for a spot just higher or almost beyond arm's length, and then bring your arm back into your body. Aim to do 20 extensions with each arm, make sure you use both sides equally and don't let your back muscles do all the work – avoid this by keeping your shoulder blades back and down. Put some elbow grease into it and you'll burn up to 240 calories an hour.

Gym Equivalent 3 sets of 8-12 tricep dips and 3 sets of 8-12 bicep curls with light weights.

2. You want a tight tummy

Get it by… Scrubbing

You know those little exercise wheels that you push back and forth while kneeling on all fours to firm up your tummy muscles? Why bother with them when you can get exactly the same effect cleaning your bathroom floor!

The Move Simply kneel down on all fours and get scrubbing but to work your abs, not your back, keep your belly button pulled in and don't stick your bum out. With your arms outstretched, bring the cloth back towards you, breathing out and sucking in your abdominals as you go. Repeat 25 times and you'll have a gleaming floor and a tighter tummy in no time!

Gym Equivalent 2 sets of 15 crunches on an exercise ball.

QUICK TIP! Have a spring clean. A combination of dusting, sweeping, scrubbing and mopping will burn 300 calories an hour and your house will be spotless.

3. You want slender calves

Get it by… Phoning your friends

Next time you're chatting to someone on the phone, don't waste the opportunity to do some shaping and toning kick off your shoes and standup.

The Move Roll up from your heels to your toes and when you're as high up on your toes as you can get, pause, then slowly lower and repeat. Not only will this give you fab calves but standing also burns more calories than sitting down, so you're helping yourself shed pounds into the bargain. If it feels a little too easy, tuck one foot behind the other ankle and do one legged raises instead.

Gym Equivalent 3 sets of 10 standing and seated calf raises and 3 sets on the machine.

QUICK TIP! Have a dinner party. You'll burn 115 calories grocery shopping, 140 cooking for an hour, and 70 washing up for half an hour after. Just don't put it all back on by going mad with the cheese board at dinner!

4. You want perfect booty

Get it by… Sitting on your sofa

And you thought sitting down was the easiest thing in the world… well, not with "homeaerobics!" This swift move will work wonders for a less than toned behind!

The Move From now on, every time you go to sit down on the sofa or a kitchen chair, stop just before your bottom hits the seat, so your thighbones are nearly horizontal, pause, then straighten up again. Keep your tummy gently pulled in towards your spine and don't arch your back. If you do this three times every time you go to sit down (yes even on the loo!) you'll soon earn yourself a firm, lifted bottom to rival Kylie's!

Gym Equivalent 3 sets of ten squats or leg presses.

QUICK TIP! Throw away the remote control. Every time you switch channels by getting up from the sofa, you burn ten calories. It might not sound much, but in a year you could lose at least two extra pound of fat!

5. You want flab-free thighs

Get it by… hoovering your carpet

You might want to draw the curtains for this one to avoid surprised glances from your neighbours but it's an incredibly effective way to give your legs and thighs a great workout.

The Move Next time your carpets are looking like they could do with a clean, pickup the vacuum cleaner and imagine an Olympic fencer taking a lunge forward to strike their opponent, and try to copy the movement. As you sweep forwards with the vacuum cleaner, step forward with one leg, dropping your back knee almost to the floor. Bring the vacuum hose back as you return to the start position, then repeat with your other leg. Do ten on each leg and you'll have stronger, firmer thighs before you know it.

Gym Equivalent 3 sets of 10 lunges.

QUICK TIP! Climb the stairs and you'll burn nearly 100 calories in ten minutes if you're an average 10st woman. Leave your stuff at the bottom then take things up one by one to make sure you do your ten minutes every day.

This #6 tips is not for me ~_~

6. You want shapely breasts

Get it by… leaning on a counter or desk
OK, so your breasts might not contain any muscle, but they're supported by underlying muscles called the pectorals and if you can tone these up, you'll soon have perkier boobs. You don't need any fancy equipment, just ignore the strange looks from your family and try kitchen counter push ups while you wait for the kettle to boil.

The Move Simply take a step back from the counter, place your hands shoulder-width apart on the edge and, keeping your body in a straight line, lower yourself towards the counter by bending at your elbows. Pause, then straighten. Keep going until you can't do any more with good technique then have a well deserved cuppa.

Gym Equivalent 20 reps on a chest press machine.

QUICK TIP! Redecorate. Moving your furniture around burns 210 calories in just 30 minutesand you'll use up 280 calories for each hour you paint.

Reading these tips wun make you thinner, take acton. Using your finger to scroll wheel the mouse burns only 5 calories per hour. Constant left clicking for one hour will give u a toned indexed finger, which does not help for your body.

Rotating your eyeballs does not burn much calories, and i don't think you want to have muscular eyeballs.

So TAKE ACTION now with the above fitness tips at home if you really want to slim down.
