Probably i am too free today to spot this error.

Picture 1 was in the front page of yahoo news. It states that Dubai has received 10 million from its neighbour. 10 million? What a joke, anyone there could easily have 10 million. In USD of cos. Hence S$14 million. exchange rate now is about US$1 ~ S$1.4

But in actual fact, it is 10 Billion not 10 million, not a big difference anyway.

Just a difference of 990 million~
