Indian Woman attacked on bus due to

A short summary of the incident that happened.
An Indian woman was assaulted on a singapore bus. The bus was crowded, and she was carrying a lot of stuffs, she had to stand in the lower deck of the bus, in front of 2 guys.

Apparently, they do not like her to stand in front of them. And process to deliver a punch to her face.

She and 2 guys proceed to complain to the bus driver, which we call bus captain in Singapore. The captain ignore her pleas and allow the 2 guys to align. After which, as usual, a complaint was lodged with SBS (local bus service company) and the police.

I believe this is a case of racism, where a poor Indian old woman was assaulted due to her ethnicity. Thru my own assumption, i assume both the 2 guys are not of Indian origin if the cause for the assault is racism.

Even though Singapore promised to wipe out racism, it will not cease to exist in the society, not just singapore which is facing this issue, i believe all countries face racism as well.

Even if someone were to stand in front of me while i am sitting down on a crowded bus, usually i will not be too bothered with who is standing in front of me. If an extremely fragile old man or woman were to stand in front of me, i might even offer up my seat.

However, the case will be different if the person standing of me is "disturbing" me while i am sitting down.
"Disturb"? Some examples will be is that she is doing physical damage to my body, such as her bags were to keep brushing against me and knocking into me.
Probably i might drop a stare or two. If the action persist, i might just ask her to look after her bag well. but not to the extend of giving her a punch or so.

With her being an old lady, i believe she will have more sympathy rather than blame. thus the reason why i believe that this is a case of racism rather than she "disturbs" the 2 fellow.

And judging from the "quick exit" actions of the 2 fellows, i strongly insist that that they could be feeling "guilty" about the assault thus the escape. And the bus driver not wanting to get punched as well, open the doors and allow them to flee.

Who know the truth?
Only her and the 2 fellows know!
