I wonder how much stress the teachers in India are undergoing.
An innocent girl, was hit on the head by a teacher, with a duster (not indicated if its is chalkboard or feather duster) after she failed to answer some questions. and upon hitting (not sure if it is multiple or single hit), she lose consciousness and died on the way to hospital. Til date, teacher is still missing!
Not sure about Teacher Student abuse in India and other countries, but in Singapore, should the teacher abuses, hits, or even lay a finger on student, and if the student lodge a complaint, usually it will means investigation or suspension for the teacher!
