Singapore National Day Celebration and Songs 2009

Actually i watch the national day celebration mainly is due to the mass display, to see the different performance by the various groups in singapore.

Kinda missed the days when i joined in the 1 of the mass display events under Singapore Soka Association in 2000 or 2001, cant really remember.

During the show, i caught glimpses of the MRT trains passing by and it was pretty empty, when it should be crowded at 7+ Probably most of the citizens are watching NDP at home.

When I first heard this song, but i did not realize this was from a Singapore Band nor was it the main nation day song. The song has a soft linkin park favor. Btw the band is electrico. If you are interested in them.

I have not heard of other songs by them, but with such a nice singles, the rest of the songs should be as nice as well. Great Potential~

There a chinese version by chen wei lian 陈伟联 - 就在这里，i thought he disappeared from showbuzz after cutting an album.

But, he does not have a dedicated MTV for him, Poor guy, seems like he relegated, i cant find a single MTV with him as the main star, the youtube videos i found are all from Electrico's, with lamely added chinese lyrics.

** To add on, i feel that asking Chen Wei Lian to sing this song is a bit hurtful for him, since he does not really have his eyesight, and the english version keeps highlighting "what do you see, What do you see"
