Finally solved this advertisement popup.
As you will know, an advertisement will simply popup out of nowhere. And Spavel from Google help forum answered my question
The issue was due to a free counter which i had, that triggered the advertisement.

= Updates 8/8/09=
Problem solved.
How : Just upgrade to IE7. Seems like some spyware files existed on my PC. After installation and clearing internet history and temp files, no more active x notification or popups!
===
Firefox, Safari, Opera and non-IE users will not face this issue thus do not worry as Active X does not work on non-IE browsers.
Initial Problems on 6th Aug 09 as describe
=============================================
Popups and Active X (for IE users)
Page not loading for IE users
A popup/active X prompt will appear,
If you allow them, you are more likely to be directed to

http://www.jshoppers.com or some other websites.
from the weblink above, i discovered that it is a PayPerClick(PPC) like, meaning, it is likely jshoppers has done an advertising campgian and their competitor has insert their jshopper's PPC codes to run on the servers, which will greatly reduce jshopper's advertising budget.
Seems like a harmless piece of code to me, from my past PC experience.
But nonetheless, Active X codes might be malicious as well!
Please leave me a comment on the popups you seen as i will need to gather more data to solve this issue.
After gooogling, i discovered that i am not the only one with this issues, thus will appreciate assistance to solve this with other webmasters.
Well this is IE for you, buggy and this is the reason why i switch over to Firefox and chrome. No hassles, no bugs, no popups, no error scripts!
Firefox, Safari, Opera and non-IE users will not face this issue thus do not worry as Active X does not work on non-IE browser
