A website that seriously need to rework on its design, considering that this is an online service owned by 1 of our listed company.

Their "bill payment shortcut" cant really work.

What does "bill payment shortcut" means to you?

For me, it refers to clicking the "shortcut" so that i do not have to re-enter my account number and the company i wish to make payment to.

Either my english is way too poor to understand what "bill payment shortcut" or they have different understanding to it.

with no choice buttons to press, other then 'update' and 'delete' i am forced to click on update.

And a cute little msg informed me that my bill payment shortcut are updated
