Seems like celebrity weddings are the hot trends in Singapore now.
At the start of the year, a movie about 2 real-life celebrities, Fann Wong and Christopher Lee, acting out their wedding on the big screen being a reel couple.
And today is another singapore celebrity couple's wedding, Michelle Chia and Shaun Chen (as above pic) And part of their wedding is telecasted live.
Being a celebrity does have their advantages. According to this http://www.divaasia.com/article/3354 , their wedding was almost fully sponsored according to the report. Not sure if the wedding dinner at singapore ritz carlton is sponsored as well, considering the full publicity given. But i believe it should be at least partially sponsored as well.
How do i get to know about this live telecast of this pair of singapore wedding? Well, my gf was enthusiastically trying to watch on tv with me on sunday the live telecast of this celebrity wedding. however, it was supposed to be air today (Monday) and not Sunday as she had expected.
And today, she was reminding me to watch it on TV when i reached home, which i did watch.
The main table was definitely huge, to me, which holds 20 people, instead of the usual 10.
Other then the media exposure and the sponsored wedding dress, the rest of the wedding dinner program follows the normal procedure.
And this saturday, i be attending another wedding by 1 of my brothers, which i need to help out with in the morning. And Over here, i want to wish him an ever-lasting happiness in his wedding (=
